**ATTENTION: ALL PHS STUDENTS**

We are offering FREE of charge the opportunity for ALL students to take an online Concussion Management test. The test only takes a few minutes to complete and will establish a cognitive baseline of information to be used to diagnose, treat and ultimately allow doctors to determine when it will be safe for students to return to competition.
